My stay was very good for a couple nights. Its location was handy in the heart of the city.

The location of the hotel was great, situated at the end of a bustling street with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. We also appreciated the size and cleanliness of the room, which made our stay comfortable. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even accompanying me to the hospital when I fell ill.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. we felt a bit deceived when the hotel attempted to overcharge us for an airport pick-up service.

Had a warm stay for a couple nights, no complaints whatsoever. Everything was great, wonderful staff, great location very close to so many bars and cafes to choose from around there including an excellent craft beer bar right next door and the Bookworm cafe nearby, good restaurants, and the bus terminus. Appreciated the way our outstanding room on a lower level was arranged. They provided a satisfactory breakfast with juice and jam, as for instance.

For the price we paid, Hong Han Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the central location was a big plus. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, helping us with bookings and providing excellent recommendations for exploring the city.

Perfect little hotel in a vibrant location, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Clean rooms with a big comfy bed, good air conditioning and a nice shower. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs including laundry and taxi bookings. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

The noise from the street, especially during the weekends. If you're a light sleeper, it might be a good idea to request a room at the back of the hotel to minimize the disturbance.

I had a wonderful stay at Hong Han during my time in Vietnam. The location was perfect, situated in the center near all the main tourist attractions. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Indian restaurant just 50 meters away. I loved the view of the city from the 4th floor balcony where breakfast was served. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spacious, with a lovely balcony to enjoy. I can't wait to come back at the end of my trip.

Great city view from our spotless clean room on the fifth floor. The staff at Hong Han were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us useful information about what to see and where to eat. They even helped us print our boarding passes for free. The location was very convenient and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of Vietnamese dishes. we felt at home and would definitely come back next time in this city.

Some of the staff were not very friendly and didn't smile. The bed was uncomfortable and caused back pain.
